Right of withdrawal - 7-day cooling-off period:
We allow you a cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of initial purchase of your IPTV package. If for any reason our online TV services do not meet your expectations within this period, you have the right to request a full refund.
Refund conditions:
- The refund policy is aimed exclusively at new customers who opt for an IPTV subscription for the first time.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- The package must remain unused and the service unused during the 7-day cooling-off period.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted using the contact form provided for this purpose.

Special cases:
- Any transaction fees will not be refunded.
